Accessibility Commitment
KeMe Translations is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve compliance. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA requirements across our website, templates, and client portal. To support these goals, we design our platform with high-contrast color palettes, logical keyboard navigation, semantic HTML, and alternative text descriptions for all primary visual media. Furthermore, we consistently evaluate our portal and translation features using automated testing tools and manual screen reader assessments to identify and resolve usability barriers. We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of KeMe Translations. If you encounter any accessibility issues or require accommodation to access our services, please contact our support team at info@kentrometafrasis.gr, and we will make every effort to assist you.
Conformity Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. KeMe Translations is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, but the primary user flow and dashboard tools are fully optimized.
Implemented Accessibility Features
- Visual & Contrast Optimization: We use highly legible typeface options (Roboto & Outfit) and maintain strict color contrast ratios across all buttons, form fields, and text areas to support visibility.
- Keyboard & Assistive Controls: All interactive elements, including file uploads, status dropdown selectors, and buttons, are accessible and focusable using standard keyboard controls.
- Screen Reader Accessibility: We use semantic HTML structures, unique page element IDs, proper alt text properties, and ARIA landmarks to ensure assistive technologies can parse the application layout accurately.
- Responsive Reflow: The user interface scales dynamically without breaking page design, preventing horizontal scroll issues on mobile and zoom viewports.
